The Bridge Program

Injury rehabilitation and sports performance

Get Back in the Game

The Bridge Program offers athletes a personalized plan to achieve their goals for rehabilitation. Exercise protocols are developed and managed by a team of CHRISTUS athletic trainers and supervised by sports medicine physicians. Participants also have access to physical therapists, fitness coaches, and other CHRISTUS Health professionals.

Our Program

The Bridge Program is designed to help athletes recover and enhance their performance through personalized rehabilitation plans. Tailored for each athlete, the program focuses on building strength, reducing injury risk, and ensuring a smooth return to play.

Here's how your performance will be supported:

  • Six-week plyometric training program in order to return to play
  • Sport-specific training
  • One-on-one training to build strength, power balance, knee control, and technique
  • Aimed to help decrease the risk of injury
  • Functional testing for post-op athletes
  • Dry needling (with physician order)
