CHRISTUS Health provides diagnosis and treatment of pediatric hearing loss. Our audiologists have extensive education, training and skills to evaluate the hearing of infants and children of all ages. Audiology Diagnostics

  • Age-appropriate hearing tests for children and adolescents
  • Diagnostic non-sedated auditory brainstem response (ABR) evaluations following failed newborn hearing screen
  • Sedated/anesthesia auditory brainstem response (ABR) evaluations 

Rehabilitation Services

  • Osseointegrated auditory implant assessments and fittings (Baha Softband, SoundArc, and surgical implantations)
  • Cochlear implant evaluations and mapping services (Cochlear Americas & MedEl)

CHRISTUS Genetics Clinic

CHRISTUS Children's has a monthly Prader-Willi syndrome multidisciplinary clinic based in San Antonio, Texas. If you or your child has a confirmed diagnosis of Prader-Willi, you can be referred to the clinic to receive coordinated care from our experienced specialists, including geneticists, ENT doctors, endocrinologists, pulmonologists, sleep medicine specialists, psychologists, dietitians, social workers, and speech pathologists.
