Throughout the one-year grant, the CHRISTUS Community Impact Fund expects community partners to engage in three (3) themes of success: accountability, capacity and interconnectivity.
Accountability: Quarterly reporting of performance measures, progress, expenditures, and stories of impact.

Interconnectivity: Exploring the development of an infrastructure or process to share information.
