Our in-house pathology services and testing menu mirror the standard of care across the nation, which is proven to expedite test results and streamline communication between physicians and specialists.
Uninsured or on a High-Deductible Health Care Plan?
Pay less for lab tests with Direct Access Laboratory Testing at CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Laboratory in Santa Fe.
Direct access laboratory testing is now available to walk-in patients 18 and older at the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Laboratory Drawsite, located at 1631 Hospital Drive, Suite 130. No provider order or insurance is required.
Flat fees for testing range from $7 – $150 with an additional $7 venipuncture fee for blood tests.
Test results are uploaded directly to your MyChart Account.

- blood typing
- complete blood count
- complete metabolic panel
- glucose
- hemoglobin
- hepatic function panel
- hepatitis
- HIV and STD screening
- hormone testing
- iron profile
- lipid panel (cholesterol)

- pregnancy test (blood)
- pregnancy test (urine)
- prostate-specific antigen (PSA)
- prothrombin time/INR (PT)
- rapid COVID
- renal function panel
- rubella
- testosterone
- thyroid
- tuberculosis
- urinalysis
Direct Access Testing is for patients ages 18 and older, and services ordered are solely the financial responsibility of the patient. Full payment is due at the time of services. While CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Laboratory is not able to share your Direct Access Testing results with your provider or provide interpretation, consultation, or recommendations regarding your Direct Access Testing results, we encourage you to share and discuss any and all test results with your provider(s) for these purposes.
