Youth Athletic Performance Training Program
CHRISTUS Human Performance Center’s Sports Performance Training packages are built for young athletes. We will train you on how to move properly by teaching proper mechanics and movement patterns while also developing power, strength and speed. We train student athletes from the ages of 8 to 18.
College Athletic Performance Training Program
College athlete performance training is essential for your physical and mental well-being. Collegiate athletes work to increase their power, strength, speed and agility. Human Performance Center already works with athletes from leading colleges in East Texas.
Adult Athletic Training Program
We help adults serious about their training and those adults who want to get in better shape. We start with an assessment and develop a tailored program just for you.
Personal Training
One-on-one personal training is a customized approach to exercise and fitness that emphasizes individualized attention, support, and guidance.
Meet Our Team
Ryan Dupre, Head Strength & Condition Coach
Ryan has more than 11 years of strength and conditioning experience. He began his career in coaching at Traction Sports Performance in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ryan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also holds certifications from USA Weightlifting (Level 1), is a Certified Sports Psychology Coach through the Spencer Institute, is a Certified Speed and Agility Coach through the National Sports Performance Association. Ryan holds multiple specializations including the Golf Fitness Specialist Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Taylor Nox, Strength & Condition Coach
Taylor is from Southeastern Louisiana. He received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Southeastern Louisiana University. Taylor has been in the strength and conditioning field for over 8 years. He has worked in the private sector, training multiple high school athletes for college scholarships and has stops at the collegiate level, LSU and Southeastern. Taylor is a former National Champion powerlifter in the USA Powerlifting Federation. Taylor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also holds certifications from USA Weightlifting (Level 2).
