- Self-Paced Online Learning: The first half of this class is the “Understanding Birth eClass." It can be completed in the comfort of your own home on your own time. You'll gain comprehensive insights into the childbirth process through engaging videos, birth stories, animations, and interactive tools. Take notes and jot down questions to bring to the live session.
- Interactive In-person Classes: For the second half, you’ll join our certified childbirth educator for a live, in-person session at CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center. Here, you'll engage in hands-on activities and discussions and practice labor techniques. Connect with other expectant families, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance to prepare you for the birth of your baby.
