Meet Tara Hahn, MD

Tara Hahn, MD, joins CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic as a highly experienced and compassionate colon and rectal surgeon. A proud Midwesterner, Dr. Hahn earned her undergraduate degree with distinction from Purdue University before completing her medical education at Indiana University. She continued her training in general surgery in Indiana before pursuing a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York.

Dr. Hahn's career began with two years of dedicated practice in Georgia, where she honed her skills in patient care management. For over 19 years, she has been an integral part of the Corpus Christi medical community, providing exceptional care to her patients.

Board-certified in colon and rectal surgery and a fellow of the Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery, Dr. Hahn is committed to addressing the often sensitive issues of colon and rectal health with empathy and professionalism. She prioritizes listening to her patients and addressing their concerns to ensure they are comfortable and confident in the care they receive.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Hahn enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and dogs. She also has a passion for whitewater kayaking, which she pursues whenever she is away from Corpus Christi.
