I never had anyone talk to me as if I was trying to waste their talent and time as this man did. When I repeated what the verbiage Wes on the MRI the proceeded to take a tape measure out to show me and tell me what a waste of his time it would be to do the surgery but if I insisted he would. O and by the way it wouldn't make me skinny. Skinny wasn't on my mind a functioning arm and hand was.

Everything has been very good

The rooms and suites in the hospital are not labeled very well. You wander the halls hoping to see an open door or some staff member for help. I finally found an open door on the 5th floor. No Dr. name displayed. Luckily it was the right office.

I would recommend him to others. He was very good to explain to me and my family so we understand what we’re facing.

Would like for him to ask if I have any questions at the end of the visit so I can get all my questions answered

Dr Norton is as perfect as a human being (who also happens to be a surgeon) can be.

The pre-op nurse was exceptional! I have very thin skin (I'm 69) but she inserted the IV in my hand perfectly - little pain and no bruising or bleeding afterwards. She was also a great listener. THANKS!

I would appreciate not feeling rushed while asking questions! Other than that he is a knowledgeable and courteous doctor.

The nurse made sure I understood before I left

Stool softener was taken alongside the pain med while in hospital...give instructions to continue with same combination upon discharge for as long as taking pain med to avoid risk of complications of impaction which can be serious.

Dr Norton took as much time as needed to insure I understood his plan for my care as well as listening to my concerns.

People forget hospitals are built for patience.

Everybody on the office was very friendly

Based on my first visit I feel like I am in the best of hands with Dr Norton knowing He has The Great Physician to guide him.

although Dr. Norton was extremely nice and professional we spent a minimal amount of time going over the procedure. I spend more time with the nurses than he.
