In the end, I got the information I was hoping to learn but was made to feel uncomfortable and defensive. Disappointing because I come to appointments to listen, learn, and be part of the conversation about my health.

""Provider"" is such a cold detached description of someone who is, I think, actually sympathetic but is not allowed time to engage. So far I have only seen Dr. Ponce for a total of 90min over 3 years so how could she know her patient.

Again, I feel very fortunate to be able to have found Dr. Ponce and her staff.

Your scheduling department is to slow to respond and your parking lots should be marked. There are no problems with parking at the Pojoaque center, but the parking near the infusion office (for osteoporosis) is a disaster. It needs signs to keep us from getting lost when trying to get back to our car. Smith's and Albertsons grocery stores do a much better job.

The eye witnesses in the waiting room were not necessary. I don't need a building to fall on me. I had a busy and difficult day.

Very professional

Give more time for BP to stabilize. After removing shirt and walking to the clinic I think BP is elevated and not a reflection of advice from manufacturer written advice to use BP recorders. Five minutes of rest prior to measurement. I notice at home a 10-20 point difference upon such exertion.

Dr. Ponce is thorough and followed up on the results of tests requested by outside providers.

Allow more time for visits.

She is a GREAT doctor. Listens to what I have to say and answers all my questions.

I must admit I was late but the time was rushed and I felt like an inconvenience

From the time I enter the office to the time I leave I am treated with respect and kindness

30 minute office visits are not enough when there are issues to discuss. My biggest concern is a Doctor who does not have the time to listen to my concerns and history as I feel it is vital to get adequate treatment as many health problems are interrelated.

I am still awaiting a callback to discuss my reason for cancelling or attempting to cancel my appointment..

In all the years one of our family has had to be in the hospital it was the most pleasant and helpful experience.

I believe this doctor likes her work and is willing to attend to the patients with care.

I liked that she was concerned about my overall well being not just going through a checklist of questions and be done like others do. I have a follow up to start the complete process for my needs. Gave great recommendations to start with.

On my mychart she does not note the whole story just what she wanted to note and of course higher management will take a Doctors side over the patients! Doctors like this are so uncalled for and should not be allowed to see patients nor have their position as a doctor. People stay quiet and that's why doctors like this get away with it over and over again. I had a relative have the same experience with Liana Ponce. One bad Doctor can make the whole place look bad!!!

She may be a patient caring doctor. I just didn't feel it.

I have difficulty understanding she explains to my level with respect as my sister goes in with me. I love her sense of humor. I wish she would have been my doctor since the beginning.

The nurse that triaged me was not very aware on how to pronounce the medications.

If only the blood test would have been done before the appointment.
