My only complaint was trying to call- not Kelly’s fault. It took me 3 calls to the pediatric clinic & I kept getting dumped at the main clinic& being told to call pediatrics. I did each time. I feel more training would be useful here& less insulting comments would be more helpful. I know who I called I got transferred wrong.

I asked for a call back and didn’t hear back. I had to call back to a couple hours later to check in.
