I never had a doctor like Dr Xia that I look forward to her visit because I am always happy when I leaves her office! She has a very good staff that I love to visit too!

Dr Kai and her staff are the best.

Dr Kai and staff are great. The blood draw was not good. Most painful blood draw ever. Young lady did not properly disinfect the area. Did not draw enough blood for tests and got faulty potassium level. Had to repeat the test. She needs retraining and learn how to care for her patients.

She would be a great asset to present on how to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Dr.kia if you’re having a procedure done she can’t get back in recovery and talk to you and then when your rolled out of there up to your room she comes by there and explain that again and asked if I have any questions whatsoever. Plus when my son talked to her she explained everything to him and he likes that he has met her and think she’s wonderful

So thankful to be under the care of Dr Kai!
