Thank you so much you are the best.
Thank you Juby!
She is the best and only urologist or nurse practitioner who has helped me with this.
She went over how we were going forward with my problem. She wanted a blood test and a follow up appointment. I felt like she cared about my health,
Everyone was kind and efficient
Juby is great
Thank you, Juby, for a reassuring and professional experience. I feel confident that the care I received was excellent and accurate. I will not hesitate to return with any future needs.
The provider was thorough and great
I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit. I had the opportunity to meet with the nurse practitioner, and I found her to be very kind and approachable, which I truly appreciated. However, I did feel that there were moments where she seemed unsure in her role. She had to leave the room a couple of times to consult with a colleague about what steps to take, which made me feel uncertain about the continuity of my care. Additionally, it appeared that she may not have thoroughly reviewed my medical history before our appointment, as some of the questions seemed repetitive. I believe the nurse practitioner has great potential, and I think that reviewing patient histories more closely and feeling more confident in her decisions could enhance the overall experience for future patients. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I appreciate the care I received, and I hope this information is helpful for continued improvement.
