My provider is the best unfortunately the new process has his hands tied it has put a huge strain on us as patients I am hearing this from other people seeing doctors in the Christus facility.

Go back to permitting me to contact My Physican's nurse by phone only when necessary and when they have time to return my call.

Redesign the reception area to avoid a long line- bad first impression and go back to doctors having dedicated receptionists.

We have the best doctor we could ask for along with Jeneatte the nurse as well as rest of staff. Get your telephone system and prescription refill system fix and you'll get a ten. Love the facility.
