Great visit
Prepared to present her professional intelligence on how to improve my health condition.
Very Professional Very Caring
I have no complaints whatsoever.
Thank you to all the staff.
Dawn is professional yet personable, articulate, diligent, and far more knowledgeable in her field than most of the health care providers I have encountered…and at my age, there have been many. I tell all my providers, “The best way to treat me, is to educate me.” Recently, Dawn recommended a new prescription based on fresh data from an implanted monitor. I resisted the addition of another prescription drug, but reminded her of my mantra stated above. She then proceeded to educate me using her skills as “professional yet personable, articulate, diligent, and far more knowledgeable in her field than most of the health care providers I have encountered.” She did this without judgment of my resistance or condescension in any way...just facts, statistics and what I perceive as a genuine concern for my continued participation in life. Upon request, she even provided a printout of the monitor results that indicated the new prescription for me to study and understand. I have since studied and now understand. If your provider doesn’t go this extra mile, you should fire them immediately and seek other counsel. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a Dawn.
