Meet Amy Duncan, APRN, PNP
Amy Duncan’s love for pediatrics began while working in a neonatal intensive care unit for 10 years. Later, she worked for eight years as an emergency room nurse at CHRISTUS Mother Frances in Tyler, Texas. Once she graduated as a pediatric nurse practitioner, she spent two years in a developmental clinic following babies who graduated from the NICU and working with children who have autism. Next, Amy began working in a neurology clinic where she continued to work in child development, autism, ADHD, migraines and epilepsy. "I have always enjoyed children and find it very rewarding to help families manage illnesses and allow them to live life to their fullest potential," she said.
Amy is originally from East Texas and has four children and a hobby farm.
