Meet Patrick Gleason, MD
P. Langham Gleason, MD, is a distinguished board-certified neurosurgeon celebrated for his expertise in minimally invasive techniques that prioritize patient safety and support faster recovery. Known for his precision, he was the first neurosurgeon in South Texas to perform percutaneous cervical fusions through a single, half-inch incision. Dr. Gleason routinely employs advanced, computer-guided placement of cervical spinal hardware and performs lumbar bone graft placement through incisions as small as 9 millimeters. Driven by a commitment to his patients’ well-being, he works to restore health through personalized treatment—whether it involves guidance, medication, or advanced neurosurgery. He is a compassionate advocate for patients and their families throughout their care journey. A dedicated board member of the Texas Association of Neurological Surgeons, Dr. Gleason combines exceptional technical skill with a warm, patient-centered approach.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading mystery novels, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. He is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and German, and has diverse interests that include scuba diving, attending concerts, and traveling. Originally from Montana, Dr. Gleason is a proud father of six and an avid Formula One and Vespa enthusiast.
